VPN To US provides Virtual Private Network (VPN) services that allow users to connect to the internet through US-based servers. Our Service is designed for content creators who want to reach US audiences on social media platforms.

We use the Outline VPN protocol, developed by Jigsaw (a subsidiary of Google), to provide secure and private connections. Access keys are delivered via the free Outline app, available on iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, and Linux.

3. Supported Devices & Environments

Our VPN service is designed for use on personal devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. The Outline app is available on iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, and Linux.

The Service is not designed for and is not guaranteed to work on cloud servers, virtual private servers (VPS), virtual machines, or other hosted infrastructure environments. Compatibility issues arising from the use of unsupported environments are not grounds for a refund or service credit.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not share your access key with unauthorized users
• Not use the Service to engage in illegal activities
• Not attempt to bypass any security measures or abuse the Service
• Comply with the terms of service of any third-party platforms you access through our VPN

5. Prohibited Uses

6. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with notice.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for any subscription fees already paid. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VPN To US shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms (such as social media sites) against your account while using our Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that it will be error-free.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
